The little loops connecting the heart to the chain were originally designed to stay light and flexible so the piece could move freely. We’ve since improved that part in our latest batches, they’re now reinforced and much stronger while still keeping the same elegant look.

The look and feel of the necklace is nice, but it is not the strong and sturdy piece that I was lead to believe it was. The weak, cheaply made connection ring that holds the clasp and heart on the chain is not one solid piece, and pulls apart the first time you pull on it with any kind of force. Also, they are not made or shipped from the US like they claim. They are ship
