High quality. You can give a good hard yank and the chain moderates it well. It does choketodangerous levels and it high quality enough to give confidence it wont break. Partner was very satisfied.

Quite effective. Because of the size it sticks to the neck and gives a slight choke all the time. My other half liked it a lot.
