1. 💌 General

We offer a 30-day return window, but you must request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation email works!)

Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and full instructions.
⚠️ Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. 🔍 Damages & Issues

Received something damaged, defective, or wrong?
Contact us right away at support@wildnightx.com, and we’ll make it right.

3. 🔁 Cancel & Exchanges

Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our Slip Chain Necklaces and our commitment to prompt processing, orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

To ensure we can assist with any changes or cancellations, please contact us via our Contact Form within 6 hours of placing your order — we’ll do our best to accommodate any requests. ( Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned under this policy)

    4. 🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

    If you’re in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no explanation needed.
    Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

    5. 💳 Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

    If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
    Note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process it.

    If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@wildnightx.com.

    6. 🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

    To ensure fairness for all lovers in the WildNightX universe, items sold under promotional programs are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

    • Discounted items: Any items purchased with a % off, fixed-value discount, or promo code ( Promotional items are generally non-refundable, unless required by applicable law)
    • BOGO deals: Buy 1 Get 1 Free or similar offers
    • Combo sets: Products sold in sets can only be returned as a complete set, if eligible

    ⚠️ Additional Note:

    For products made from PU leather and metal chains, please handle with care. These materials can be sensitive to:

    • Excessive pulling or strong physical impact
    • Exposure to water, sweat, or harsh environments
    • Improper storage (e.g., humid places, tangled chains)

    Items that are damaged due to such misuse, strong physical force, or incorrect storage will not be eligible for refund or return, regardless of purchase type.
