1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
- We do not offer same-day shipping.
- Order processing may be delayed if there is incomplete payment, incorrect shipping information, or missing product measurements.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.
2. Estimated Shipping Time
Due to factors like customs, weather, or holidays, shipping times may vary. Below are our estimated delivery windows:

Shipping time largely depends on customs clearance, which varies by country.
3. Shipping Guarantee
We stand behind our delivery promises. If your order takes longer than the estimated window, we will provide a partial refund or refund the shipping cost (if any).
4. Risk-Free Shopping Promise
If your order does not arrive within 30 business days, we’ll issue a full refund—no questions asked.
5. International Shipping & Customs
- WildNightX ships internationally, but we cannot guarantee that customs duties or import taxes will not apply.
- Any duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred at the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
- We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on fees.
In rare cases, delivery to certain countries may take 4–6 weeks or longer depending on local customs clearance.
6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
- Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
- We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot change the address.
- If the item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll offer a refund excluding shipping costs.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
WildNightX is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” but subsequently lost or stolen.
Please contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve these issues. We’ll assist as much as possible from our side.
8. Delivery Refusal or Failed Attempts
If a customer refuses delivery or the package cannot be delivered after multiple attempts:
- WildNightX reserves the right to abandon the package.
- No refunds will be issued in such cases.
