1. General Questions
CAN I RECEIVE ORDER CONFIRMATION?
Once you’ve completed your purchase, we’ll send you a confirmation email with the purchase information.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as we start packing and processing your order, you will receive a confirmation email including an order number, shipping details, and a link to track your parcel online via our email support. All inquiries regarding your order will be handled by our Customer Support Department. You can also troubleshoot your concerns through dispute resolution.
Please note: It may take 2–5 days to receive your Tracking Number (TKN). The TKN will become active once your order is ready to ship.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order within 6 hours from the time of purchase on the same day. Our products follow a strict processing schedule, so please contact Customer Support urgently if needed.
- Cancellations within the first hour of the same day are eligible for a full 100% refund (excluding customer tips).
- Cancellations after 1 hour but within 6 hours will receive a 70% refund (excluding customer tips). A management, processing, and transaction fee of 30% will apply.
Note: Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they reach advanced preparation status.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER INFORMATION?
If you made a mistake, contact us via email within 9 hours of purchase. If your order has shipped with the wrong address, follow these steps:
1. Track your order using the tracking link.
2. When your item arrives at the Post Office (P.O), contact them with your tracking number and request an address change.
If your order is already shipped and the address is incorrect, we cannot modify it. For other changes, contact Support.
CAN I CHANGE THE BILLING ADDRESS?
Unfortunately, we cannot edit the billing address once the order is placed. Don’t worry — as long as the shipping address is correct, your package will arrive safely.
CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY ORDER?
If your goods don’t arrive within 60 days, you will be eligible for a 100% refund for that item.
*All WildNightX products are typically shipped from one of our overseas facilities. Please allow 1–2 weeks to receive your items, although we’re seeing faster delivery times recently. Customs clearance times may vary by country.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
We currently do not have a physical store. However, we offer free shipping and a money-back guarantee so you can try our products risk-free.
