Section 14: Google User Data and Google API Services

We operate applications and internal tools that access Google user data through Google APIs, including the Google Ads API, using OAuth 2.0 authorization. This access is limited to Google accounts and Google Ads accounts that we own or that we have been explicitly authorized to manage.

What we access. Campaign, ad group, ad, keyword, conversion and performance data from the Google Ads accounts we manage, together with the basic profile information (name and email address) of the Google account used to grant authorization.

How we use it. Solely to manage, report on and optimize advertising campaigns for the authorizing account. We do not use Google user data to serve advertisements to you, to build advertising profiles, or for any purpose unrelated to campaign management.

How we store it. Data retrieved from Google APIs is stored in access-controlled systems, encrypted in transit, and retained only as long as necessary for reporting and campaign management. OAuth tokens are stored securely and may be revoked at any time by the authorizing account.

How we share it. We do not sell, rent, or transfer Google user data to third parties. We do not use it for advertising targeting, creditworthiness assessment, or lending purposes. We do not allow humans to read this data except with the authorizing user's explicit consent, for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

Limited Use. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access and deletion. You may revoke our access to your Google account data at any time through your Google Account permissions page. On revocation, or on written request to us, we delete the associated data retrieved from Google APIs.
